The Process
Having an over-active imagination along with emotions guiding her way, Marie uses hard hitting imagery for her Mystical Surrealism paintings. The decision on what the subject matter is happens suddenly, like a flash. From there she decides on methods like finger painting, oils or acrylics. Next she will sketch either right onto the canvas or with graphite on paper, depending on how confident she feels about the composition and idea.
